The Reception
Remember that whole Cousin Connection thing I talked about a few posts ago? In case you need a refresher so as not to get too confused, here ya go.
This is my Aunt Diane :)
She has a sister named Sharon (who was so busy running around that I didn't get a picture of her at the reception!).
Sharon has two daughters, Carol and Peggy. The live in a suburb of Atlanta, GA.
Peggy decided that the best time to get married was when all of her family was already together. The beach at Garden City was perfect :)
I did not actually take pictures at the wedding on the beach. I didn't want to be *that* amateur photographer that ends up just getting in the way. They had 2 photographers and a videographer, so I think they were covered!
So I just took photos at the reception instead :) It was held in Murrell's Inlet at Bubba's Love Shack. It was definitely a party place!
The kids couldn't wait to have their fill of the reception food and drink. YUM!
The wedding party arrived a few minutes later by boat.
Gotta love the t-shirts the groomsmen were able to change in to!
We all stood up to welcome the newly married couple :)
We are so thrilled that our beach vacation was timed perfectly this year so we were able to attend!
So, there was this really cool bench at Bubba's love shack that inspired me to grab some shots of the kids there.
If only Jayce had cooperated.
What was I thinking? The only shots I *ever* get of Jayce are completely 100% unposed when he doesn't even realize I have a camera in my hands.
Jaina was much more cooperative, as usual :) She had swiped the flowers from her friend Kaya, who was a flower girl.
Jayce took this shot of me and Jaina :)
And one last picture, this one of the cake, before ending this post :)
