The Train Park
The kids and I are winding down our trip here in Atlanta and heading back home to South Carolina in the morning. We've had a great time, as usual, here in my home town. Although I was born in Southern Florida, I barely remember my time there as a small kid. I feel like I grew up here in Tucker. This is where my friends were, this is where my family still is.
I'm sure none of you would be shocked to discover that I have over 200 pictures to sort through and edit from our 3 full days here. It will take me a while, no doubt. A long while, because I have the Christmas decorating bee in my bonnet and am chomping at the bit to get home and get my tree up.
So, in the meantime, here's some photos of my kids at the train park. When the train was actually running, which is hardly ever.
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Such cuties! That looks like something my kids would love... too bad it is on the other side of the country. :o)
ReplyDeleteTradewinds Park has the train park too, but this time of year it's closed until January, for the Festival of Lights.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. We want a Xmas tree, but don't know when we will get one. I am too nervous to ask Jeremy, he thinks it's not on his top priority of things.
So have fun doing yours :)
