Fun with mom

Sometimes its hard being the "Big Girl" when you watch your parents do everything for your little brother, all the time.

Lately Jaina's been asking me, "Where are MY cuddles?" after I have just sat down on the couch to nurse and hold Jayce.

Or

"You never talk to ME like that" after she hears me say to Jayce, "Look! What's that, Jayce? Is it a circle? Cir-cle. That's right!!!"

So, I've been trying to carve out some more one-on-one time with my adorable daughter. She chose to spend our time Saturday painting our nails :)

She amazes me all the time at really how "big" she is getting. She can shake the bottles, open them up, and very carefully paint her own nails herself. Jaina loves to have "pattern nails" where every nail is a different color.

We did toes, too :)
